Graeme Wright has written a very interesting play set some time in the mid-1980s in a west of Ireland market town near the border with Northern Ireland. It is the eve of Dan’s funeral, his remains having been received at the local church prior to the start of the action. He had gone missing eight years earlier and his remains had recently been found by a farmer ploughing land along the border.
The staged reading will be at The Bossanyi Studio, Eastcote, Pinner, Middlesex on Sat 17th August. As an aside, we do specialise in editing new scripts, working closely with new writers. These then often become rehearsed readings before finding fame and fortune on the stage.
